444tk Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "444tk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 444tk platform and its operators, accessible at https://444tk.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 444tk platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the 444tk registration process.
• "Platform" means the 444tk website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services accessible at 444tk.io.
• "Services" means all products offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other games or wagering products.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's account under a promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 444tk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 444tk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use;
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of a third party;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 444tk, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 444tk for breach of these Terms;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or under a self-exclusion order from 444tk or any associated gaming platform.

444tk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Services on 444tk, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and up to date.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 444tk. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. 444tk uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances may be voided, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming obligations and platform security requirements, 444tk applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the number used for deposits).

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is successfully completed. 444tk reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your Account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 444tk immediately at [email protected]. 444tk will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

444tk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other bank transfer services as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may be updated periodically without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. 444tk reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Within 1–24 hours of approval;
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

444tk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display unusual patterns. During such reviews, the processing time may be extended. Players will be notified by email or live chat if additional information is required.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 444tk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Account holder, or unverified payment methods.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 444tk Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment service provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A Wager is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the 444tk system. A bet confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted Wager. Players are advised to verify that all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Once confirmed, Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that Wager. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), 444tk reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.

6.3 Void Bets

444tk reserves the right to declare any Wager void where:

• A technical error affected the odds or the acceptance of the bet;
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity is identified in connection with the bet;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.

Where a Wager is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. 444tk may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion, including during critical moments of a match. Bets accepted during a market suspension — for example, immediately before a goal or wicket — may be voided at 444tk's discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotional bonuses offered by 444tk — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders aged 21 and above only;
• Only one active bonus may be applied to an Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated through the completion of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account;
• 444tk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement attached to each bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be processed. Wagering requirements, the list of eligible games, and the contribution weighting of different game types (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino at 10%) are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed in voided or drawn markets may not contribute to wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

444tk actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinating play across multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 444tk reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Account(s) involved.

8. Responsible Gaming

444tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and require a mandatory cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after extended play sessions to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting [email protected] or using the self-exclusion function in your Account settings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444tk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering an Account under a false name or with fabricated identity information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain financial advantage;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 444tk staff or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 444tk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and page layout — is the intellectual property of 444tk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 444tk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Interruptions to Service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events;
• Errors in displayed odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by technical faults, where such errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Losses arising from reliance on any content, information, or promotional material published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 444tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
